SHALE SHAKER
The ALL-PETRO Shaker is designed with features to reduce the maintenance, easy to operate.
The ALL-PETRO Shaker is proven to be very effective in liquid/solids separation due to superior conveyance characteristics. The shaker is powered by two vibrating motors producing 7.0 G’s for superior performance. A combination of higher G’s and linear motion along with the engineered screen frame, provides consistent vibration, allows effective screen tensioning and promotes extended screen-life.
The Shaker features an adjustable deck angle for maximum convenience; the hand-operated adjusting system allows one operator to change the deck angle while the machine is in operation. This fine-tuning eliminates the loss of drilling fluids due to process changes.

Mud Cleaner
The drilling liquid cleaner is fixed drilling liquid solids control equipment consisting of desander, desilter and shale shaker. It integrates the performance of aforesaid three equipment’s, featuring large disposal capacity, rapid treatment speed, less energy consumption, occupying small space, etc. It receives the most welcome in the international drilling market.

VACUUM DEGASSER
Vacuum Degasser is adapted to get rid of various cut-in gases in the drilling fluids. Vacuum degasser is very important for returning mud gravity, stabilizing mud viscosity and reducing drilling cost. Therefore, it works as one type mud cleaning equipment. As it is placed after the shale shaker, so we call it second stage mud cleaning equipment in mud recycling system. At the same time vacuum degasser can be used as a heavy-power agitator.
1. The degassing efficiency is between 95% and 99%, achieving negative pressure suction and forced active discharge of slurry, without the need for additional slurry pumps;
2. It can remove a large amount of gas from the mud, with high degassing efficiency;

Mud Desander
ALL-PETRO Mud Cleaners utilize a two-stage separation process to enhance drilling fluid recovery. This design enables our mud cleaners to handle the entire circulating volume, remove dry solids, and retain premium base fluid, which is vital for drilling success.
The two-stage process combines Desander and Desilter hydrocyclones, mounted over a shale shaker, to operate as a single unit. The hydrocyclones perform the primary separation, with the underflow directed onto the shaker screen.
Our mud cleaners are effective for both weighted and unweighted drilling fluids, helping to lower fluid expenses and disposal costs. ALL-PETRO Mud Cleaners enhance drilling efficiency and productivity by optimizing fluid recovery and minimizing waste.

DESILTER
Desilter is the third phase solids control equipment to treat the drilling fluids, and to improve the performance of drilling mud, which can be combined with desander. The most common cone is 4” or 5” , mainly to separate the solids in 15-47μm out from the drilling fluids.
