MUD ANGITATOR

ALL-PETRO Mud agitator is part of the drilling fluids solids control equipment, which is mainly used to agitate and mix the drilling mud to prevent solids particles from depositing in the circulating tank and to stabilize the performance of drilling fluids. The motor and speed reducer, speed reducer and impeller shaft are connected by steel coupling.Features and Advantages

JET MUD MIXER

Mud mixer aslo called mud mixing hopper unit is special equipment to prepare and increase the drilling fluids weight by adding and mixing bentonite, change the fluid density, change the mud density, viscosity, and dehydration. The effect is more prominent matching with Shear Pump. Mud mixer is a unit used together with the solids control system for petroleum drilling and horizontal directional drilling(HDD). The unit includes one sand pump, one venturi mud mixing hopper and one jet mud mixing hopper and pump that are installed in a base with pipe valves. It is safe and stable and can be moved conveniently. At the same time,we can make Twin-Hopper Unit with two pumps according to the user requirements.It is designed by ALL-PETRO solids control bentonite mud mixer,drilling mud tank jet mixer.

CENTRIFUGAL PUMP

Centrifugal pump is widely used in solids control system. Internal the mud system, It can be located before the de-sander, de-silter and mud cleaner to transfer the drilling mud to the cyclone unit, equipped to the jut mud mixer unit as the mud mixing pump. For external of the mud system, the centrifugal pump can be used as the trip pump for mud supplement under well and the supercharging pump to transfer the drilling fluids to high pressure rig mud pump. The solids contained in drilling fluids request the centrifugal pump wet contacting parts with excellent wear resistance and high efficiency on flow rate. Based on the material adopted and structure design, ALL-PETRO centrifugal pump provide users solution for both aforementioned problems. Furthermore, the spare parts of ALL-PETRO centrifugal pump are interchangeable with international brand pump for customers’ parts sourcing convenience.

Structure Design

  • Thick, Strong Concentric casing provides extended life over conventional volute designs. The Concentric design minimizes turbulence and abrasive wear.
  • Wide open-vane impeller creates lower axial thrust for improving bearing life, easy for installation and maintenance.
  • Anti-loosening impeller lock bolt to eliminate pump damage in case of improper motor hook-up.
  • Replaceable shaft sleeve prevents shaft wear.
  • The mounting skid is casted rather than welded to provide reliable supporting and less vibration so that to extend the pump and motor life.

SCREW PUMP

Screw pump is usually used to feed centrifuge. Including screw shaft (rotor) and screw shaft bushing (stator). By a special geometry shape of the this two parts, they form pressurize capacity separately. In a result, fluid flows along with shaft, inner flow speed is slow, capacity remains and pressure is steady, no vortex and agitating generated.
Our screw pump’s flow rate can be adjusted, a wide range of different type and viscosity liquid can be transported.
1. The screw pump has fewer accessories, a compatible structure, a small volume, and is easy to maintain. The rotor and stator are vulnerable parts of the pump, making it easy to replace;
2. It can be driven by a coupler or by adjusting the speed and gearbox through a variable speed motor;

SUBMERSIBLE SLURRY PUMP

YZ series submersible slurry pump is used mainly to feed mud to shale shaker and decanter centrifuge. It’s of single-stage and single-suction cantilever type structure, with bearding pedestal, fulcrum bearing, and adapting pipe to connect the water system of the pump. The fluid is discharged out from the outlet pipe. The pump is installed with semi-open impeller, and an agitating propeller sitting at the extended inlet area of the impeller blade. The pump’s key part is the pump spindle in the submersible section, which should be sufficiently stiff. In between the impeller blade and the pump case there is no bearing and shaft seal, in order to transport medium with high concentration and solid particles. The standard submersible length of the pump is 1.3m, and a suction tube can be provided as per client’s need. The shaft seal will work when the submersible pump is inserted into the liquid. The transmission is realized by installing the vertical electromotor onto the supporting seat and connecting the coupling with the pum.
